Obligatory end of stay clean €300 (2 week stays have an obligatory mid stay clean and end of stay clean)
A local agent in Grimaud will be managing your stay. They offer a concierge service for €130
Please note that parties or pets are not allowed
Please do feel free to get in touch to reserve your preferred dates, with a 50% deposit payable upon booking for 2025 bookings
The balance will be payable 9 weeks (+ deposit €2,500 4 weeks) before your dates
